Welcome to “Conch’d Out” - a beachfront Eleuthera Bahamas vacation house and cottage, located in North Palmetto Point.
It is directly on an exceptionally beautiful private pink sand beach with warm turquoise water and extensive coral reefs.
The house and cottage are both casual and elegant…fully air conditioned and furnished with quality rattan and glass giving
it that “Island” feel ….with all modern amenities.
Large patios, beautiful palm trees and spectacular Atlantic Ocean views from every room create a unique tropical experience.
Take our two 2-man kayaks out to the fantastic reefs, enjoy some of the best snorkeling and swimming in the world, or just
explore miles of deserted beaches.
The main house has 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms which is ideal for two couples. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath
cottage is perfect for larger groups renting the main house or for a couple seeking a smaller, more intimate location. Both
also have sofa beds in the great rooms. They can be rented separately or together. Our attentive local caretakers, Andrew
and Reta Bethel, will make sure that your visit is a memorable one.
Fully air conditioned, local caretaker, ( 2) two man kayaks, telephone, satellite TV / VCR, stereo / CD player,
BBQ, washer / dryer, fully equipped modern kitchens including dishwasher, microwave, and all pots, pans, dishes
and utensils. All linens and beach towels are provided.
The house bedroom # 1 has a king size bed, # 2 has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. The cottage
has a king size bed. Both house and cottage and queen sofa beds in the great rooms.
