rental market, having been completed construction in mid October 2003 and entering the Cayman vacation rental market in
December of 2003.
Our spacious two story Cayman holiday villa for rent is located in the tranquil residential and resort
community of Cayman Kai, Rum Point on the north shore of Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and is the perfect choice for
a Grand Cayman villa to rent. Offering you stunning views of the Caribbean ocean and the cove from almost every room,
Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman, is the ideal location for your beachfront Cayman vacation rentals.
5 spacious bedrooms and queen sofa sleeper. 1 bedroom ground floor, 1 queen perfect for our older guests who may not be able to navigate our stairs,
4 bedrooms on second floor, 1 king - master with intimate screened oceanview balcony, 2 queens - 1 oceanview and 1 can be used as a second master
with en-suite bath, 2 twins - oceanview. 4 Full baths - 1 ground floor and 3 on second floor.
Kitchen, living, room, dining room, and laundry are all ground floor. 2 Ensuite including master with TV, second en-suite with TV, and twin with TV. Master
and 2 other bedrooms with direct oceanviews, remaining 2 bedrooms with slight oceanviews. Master with private screened oceanview balcony. 4 bathrooms -
1 ground floor with slight oceanviews, 3 second floor with slight oceanviews. Master with large whirlpool tub and oceanviews. Corian vanity tops, Delta fixtures,
whirlpool tubs and toilets, outdoor shower, and bath towels. There are 2 sets of linens per room and additional pillows, if necessary.
Main dining room seats six, oceanview bar counter seats four. Kitchen has custom cabinetry, Corian counter tops, Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher,
stove, oven, microwave and side by side refrigerator. Also includes cutlery, plates, glassware, utensilies, pots, pans, blender coffee maker and toaster. There
is also a washer / dryer for your use.
Living Room offers direct oceanviews, 27" cable TV, DVD player, VCR, cassette player, CD player, radio, books, board games and seating for 13 - 15.
Queen sofa sleeper offers extra bedding. Telephone service is limited to local calls, but long distance calls may be made with calling cards, phone cards
or credit cards. Central air conditioning and 9 ceiling fans to keep you cool. Upstairs living area has a game table with seating for 4. Additional seating
for 2 -3.
Outdoor amenities include gas BBQ grill, patio deck, 2 glass bottomed kayaks with life vests, 10' Walkerbay sailboat, 5 bicycles with saftey helmets,
children's gymnasium swing set, snorkels, masks, private freshwater pool 13' x 29', 12 beach towels, large oceanfront pool deck, patio furniture including
2 dining tables, 12 swivel rocker chairs, 4 foot stools, 2 side tables, 4 lounge chairs, 2 deck umbrellas and 6 adirondack chairs, pool toys including floats,
tubes, balls, buckets, shovels, sand molds, trucks, sifts, ( 2) 9' beach umbrellas, and 2 wooden picnic tables for the beach.
