Fly directly to Cozumel airport and you will be escorted 18 km south of San Miguel on the coastal highway. As you pass
the gated entry, watch for iguanas basking in the sun or a glimpse of a wild animal darting into the jungle. You'll pass 15
acres of pristine forest surrounding the property which is in a protected ecological zone. Since we are located on the world
famous Palancar Beach, the reef and waters on our beachfront are in a National Marine Park. We are proud to support
eco-tourism by preventing overdevelopment and exploitation of natural resources.
The moment you see this majestic 2-story columned home combining Neo-Classic Spanish and Mexican Caribbean
architecture, you will realize you arrived in a tropical paradise. Atop the entry stairs, you'll find yourself in an inner courtyard
with a lush garden and an elegant fountain. The sound of water splashing resonates throughout the courtyard and sets the
mood for a relaxing vacation!
Through the French doors is the main living area with airy, spacious 24' ceilings complimented by marble tile floors. The
stunning views through the numerous arched mahogany windows will instantly indulge your senses. Enjoy your welcome
tropical refreshment in the cool air-conditioning and relax on the Mexican rattan furniture which was custom crafted to be
elegant yet comfortable.
Throughout the house is Mayan and local Mexican art which accents the tropical native style. Dinner is served in the formal
dining room which seats 12+ people. The French doors lead to a wraparound terrace with panaromic views of the tranquil
blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding jungle. Ceiling fans and outdoor tables allow guests the option to dine
outside and enjoy the natural sea breezes on tropical afternoons or evenings.
Continental breakfast and lunch are included with weekly rental and chef service can be specially requested for formal dinners
and special parties. This home is ideal for 14 adults and small 6 children. One master bedroom has a king bed. Six
courtyard bedrooms have a choice of king or twin beds, and the game room has three double size futons and no bath,
which is perfect for children or teens.
A panoramic oceanview fills the master bedroom with natural sea breezes and glorious sunsets. The wraparound porch is
perfect for sunbathing and outdoor dining. Master Bath has marble wall tile with bathtub, shower, walk-in closet. The domed
ceiling enhances the elegance of this majestic room and the mahogany French doors provide scenic views from bedside.
Central air conditioning furnished for maximum comfort and there is a DVD in bedroom for movies.
With the nature enthusiast in mind, we decorated all 6 courtyard bedrooms have themes such as jaguars, turtles, iguanas,
frogs and fish. Balconies in every room allow for scenic views of the ocean and jungle. A/C, TV, DVD, telephone, bathroom
and maid service are standard conveniences in every room as well as a choice of either king or twin beds.
Swim in the pool, get a tan, nap in a hammock, or sip margaritas under the palapa. Divers and snorkelers can take
advantage of our outdoor shower / bathroom, rinse tank, and equipment storage area. At dusk, watch breathtaking sunsets
or stroll on our deserted sandy beach. The only problem with our paradise is you'll never want to go home, but you are
always welcome to think of it as your home away from home.
Daily Maid service provided, luxury linens, bath and beach towels, purified water, ice machine, on site management, chef
service: breakfast and lunch menus included, dinner service upon request, wedding receptions upon request, special dinners
and fiestas upon request.
Swimming Pool with cascading waterfall beachview terrace, dining tables for outdoor fiestas, palapa (thatched roof) provides
protection from sun, surrounding pool area is a sunbathing paradise, poolside patio furniture with umbrellas, wraparound
terraces both upstairs and downstairs, outdoor speakers at pool and terraces, colorful large beach towels provided, grill for
