Beautiful new condo located in Pampatar City, Margarita Island. The condominium is located on the 9th floor and overlooks
the ocean, mountains and a golf course. Condo is located one mile walking distance to Varadero Beach. Beach has palm
trees and a great restaurant. While sunbathing you can order food or refreshing drinks.
The condominium complex is 25' from a fantastic brick oven pizzeria, internet station and a first rate bakery. It is only two
blocks from shopping centers and amusement parks. Remember, the whole island is duty free so bargains abound.
The condo is new and has been beautifully furnished. There is central air conditioning throughtout the unit. It has one large
bedroom with a queen size bed, TV and there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Completely equipped kitchen
with silverware, flatware, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, etc. There is also linen for 4 people and hot water in the
bathroom.
There is laundry service at the premises and a small gym. The complex is beautifully landscaped with gardens. On the
grounds there is a large swimming pool with a cascade and heated jacuzzi.
