Harbour View Villas, Culebra Island, is known for its' spectacular beaches, snorkeling among beautiful coral reefs, hiking through
the National Wildlife Sanctuary and kayaking within the many calm coves. We now have our very own official Marine Underwater
Park which begins at Melones Beach just a 5 minute walk from us. Culebra has 20 accessible beaches some of them with protected
shallow reefs, some with intermediate to open water reefs and line fishing anywhere from docks, shallows, bays or small skiffs.
One thing we do not have is crime! We are a municipality of Puerto Rico and therefore both Spanish and English are spoken here
and the US flag flies alongside the Puerto Rican flag.
Harbour View Villas boast magnificent views. We overlook the Harbor of the town of Culebra and the striking Vieques Sound. The town
of Dewey is only a 5 minute walk away from the villas. The small town offers a few restaurants, some grocery stores, a post office,
souvenier shops, churches and a quaintness unique to Culebra. This is definitely a laid-back island with a small population of only
2500 natives. Culebra is about 10 sq. miles in size. High rise hotels or casinos, Culebra is for the discriminating traveler who is looking
for total relaxation.
For some visitors, the biggest activity of the day is to watch the arrival of the afternoon ferry from your large deck. For others, the night
time star gazing is the highlight with outrageously clear skies!
Private, yet not isolated, each villa has a comfortable living / dining room with 12' high exposed beam ceilings. Handsome french doors
open out to the main balcony with it's splendid views. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a fully tiled bath. Each villa has a
master bedroom with a queen-size bed and private balcony. Two of the villas have a second bedroom with twin beds and balconies. We
also have 3 suites located just a bit higher up on our property. These have air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds, completely
tiled bathroom, deck and kitchens. Our villas and suites share the same outstanding views!!
