corporate rentals or weekend stays. Relax in the spacious two bedroom, two bath, 3rd floor penthouse featuring a private 4th floor terrace that
faces the ocean with incredible views of nearby cayos (keys), perfect for sun bathing or just relaxing on the hammock. Breath taking sunsets
make the terrace the place to be in the early evening.
The access controlled complex offers it's own pool, or you can take advantage of the nearby attractions, stores and facilities.
The Parguera is in a protected natural reserve with an abundance of marine life and natural beauty that includes a phosphorescent bay. If you're
interested in getting scuba certified, this is the place to do it. Take a few days to learn how to scuba dive in the crystal clear waters of the
Caribbean and go back home "PADI" certified with memories that will last a lifetime. The more experienced diver can look forward to "The Wall,"
a world class dive destination where the continental shelf drops more than 1500 feet. For a more relaxed vacation, snorkeling is a great option.
There are many mangroves and islets that you can kayak to, or rent a boat and spend the day exploring. A guided Eco Tour is also available.
If fishing is your thing, fishing charters are available to one of the largest Dorado runs in the world and the Parguera is also an excellent fishing
ground for Blue Marlin and Wahoo. The latest activity that has found a home in the Parguera is kite boarding. That is only natural as the Parguera
has perfect coastal winds and Blue Lagoon-like waters. There are two-day and four-day classes for beginner and experienced kite boarders.
If you need help deciding where to go or what to do, we can supply a locally based tour guide who can help you arrange all the activities
detailed above as well as others such as museum trips, shopping, golf rounds or a trip to the spa. The tour guide is bilingual and is happy
