This spectacular 3-bedroom fully furnished villa, nestled on the beautiful northwest coast of St. Lucia, across from the Rodney
Bay Marina Complex, has a gentle elevation which allows for a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and Rodney Bay. From
the extensive garden, oversized balcony, living / dining room, master bedroom, and kitchen, one enjoys spectacular views of
the Caribbean sea and the surroundings as well as the magnificent St. Lucian sunsets and moonlight.
The master bedroom has two single beds, with ensuite bath; the middle bedroom has a queen size bed, and a double bed
can be found in the third bedroom, which is next to the second bathroom.
The villa offers all the conveniences of home in an intimate tropical setting. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms for those
requiring it, wireless cable TV, radio, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, full compliment of dishes, cutlery, utensils,
linen, microwave oven, and parking. The balcony is also furnished for outdoor dining and or relaxing.
The villa is close to many hotels, shopping, banking, golfing, and a variety of restaurants. Local transportation is available to
the City of Castries and the nearby Town of Gros Islet with its Friday Night Party, night clubs, spectacular beaches.
Activities such as water sports are available within minutes of the villa including wind surfing, water skiing, scuba diving,
snorkeling, sailing, or just swimming.
Located on a hillside, the apartments offer spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the Rodney Bay Marina.
The 2-bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms, a queen size bed, and 2 single beds. A 36' balcony overlooking the Caribbean
Sea and Rodney Bay is accessible from the master bedroom and the living / dining room. The kitchen is open to the
easterly winds which provides a cooling effect in this open concept apartment.
The 1-bedroom apartment has 1 bathroom, a double bed, living / dining room, kitchenette and a balcony accessible from the
living room. The north breeze blows gently through the apartment keeping it fresh and cool.
The apartments offer privacy and easy access to most amenities. They are close to hotels, shopping, banking, night clubs,
golfing, horse back riding, transportation, restaurants, the Town of Gros Islet with its Friday Night Party, night clubs, beaches
and an array of water sports. The Atlantic Ocean is only a short walk to the east of the apartments and well worth visiting.
