Villa de la Mer is a spectacular ocean front villa on Dutch St. Maarten. Facing west, you enjoy nightly sunsets from the expansive,
and private patio and pool just feet from the oceans edge. Beautifuuly decorated in the brilliant colors of the Caribbean, you'll feel
as though you are truly in paradise.
Villa de La Mer is located on the Dutch side of the island - directly on the ocean in Pelican Key Estates. It is part of a small residential development named
Pelican Cove. There are 17 villas each with its own garden and private swimming pool.
Our villa offers two air-conditioned bedrooms with king sized beds along with two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area,
laundry room and a large tiled patio overlooking the pool and ocean (and of course the sunset!). Our house is beautifully furnished with everything
necessary to make your stay enjoyable and carefree. We have a telephone, cable TV, VCR, and a stereo system with cassette and CD players.
The kitchen offers a microwave, toaster oven, blender and ice maker in addition to the full sized appliances. A washer and dryer are available for your
convienence. Plus, our maid will see to it that your vacation is effortless.
